Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. Calls you don't answer forward to your Texted You Back line, which sends the text. This uses your carrier's call forwarding, which most carriers offer.
What if I answer the call?
Then nothing happens. Texted You Back only steps in when a call goes unanswered.
Will my customers get spammed?
Automatic texts only go to people who just called you, at most once per 12 hours by default, and every one includes an opt-out. Anyone can reply STOP at any time.
Where do customer replies go?
To your cell as a normal text, and to your Texted You Back inbox. Reply from either one.
What does setup involve?
